Our name is inspired by a well-known and long respected restaurant
by the race track in Mexico City.
It means "The Little Inn of the Bay Horse" and is pronounced
el rin·kon´ del ka·bye´o bye´o.
Our menu contains an array of authentic cuisine from various
Mexican locales rarely found outside Mexico.
We also offer the dishes expected in Mexican restaurants
in this country plus certain American specialties with a Mexican flavor.
